  1. Introduction
    Welcome to Milana Matrimony Young Urban (the “App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. By using Milana Matrimony Young Urban, you agree to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and Child Safety Policy. Please review these policies to understand your rights and responsibilities.
  2. Eligibility
    Milana Matrimony Young Urban is intended solely to facilitate the creation of lawful matrimonial alliances between individuals who are legally competent to enter into marriage under the laws of their respective jurisdictions. Membership and use of the App is void where prohibited by applicable law.

By using this App, you represent and warrant that you have the right, consent, authority, and legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and submit relevant information to us. You further confirm that you are not prohibited or restricted by any applicable law, order, decree, or injunction from entering into matrimony.

You also confirm that you intend to seek a life partner and will not use this App for casual dating, commercial purposes, or any other non-marriage-related activities. You agree to use the App in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

If at any time, Milana Matrimony Young Urban, in its sole discretion, believes that you are not eligible to be a member, or if you have made a misrepresentation or violated any of these Terms or applicable laws, we reserve the right to terminate your membership and/or suspend your access to the App without any refund of any unutilized subscription fees.

By using the App, you acknowledge that the match suggestions or search results shown to you are based on the partner preferences and details you have provided in your profile.

Milana Matrimony Young Urban reserves the right to share information with third parties regarding promotions or offers exclusive to members, but we will obtain your prior consent before sharing any of your personal data.

  1. Account Registration
    To use the services offered by Milana Matrimony Young Urban, you must create an account. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including a verified phone number and profile image. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  2. User Conduct
    You agree not to:
  • Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent your affiliation with any entity.
  • Post or transmit any offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content.
  • Violate any local, state, or national laws while using the App.
  1. Profile Content
    You are solely responsible for the content you upload, share, or display on your profile. This includes photos, personal information, and any other content. You grant Milana Matrimony Young Urban the right to use such content for promotional or operational purposes.
  2. Subscription Plans
    Milana Matrimony Young Urban offers the following subscription plans:
  • Gold Plan: 3-month subscription.
  • Diamond Plan: 6-month subscription.
  • Platinum Plan: 12-month subscription.
  • VIP Plan: 12-month subscription (includes exclusive features).

Additionally, the following plans are available:

  • Boost Plan: Available in 1, 3, 6, or 12-month subscriptions to increase profile visibility.
  • Home Spot Plan: Available in 1, 3, 6, or 12-month subscriptions to place your profile in the Home Spot Listing for enhanced exposure.

All subscriptions and plans are recurring and are billed according to the selected plan. By subscribing, you agree to the terms of payment and applicable charges for each plan.

  1. Payments, Cancellations, and Billing
    All payments for subscriptions, including the Gold, Diamond, Platinum, VIP, Boost Plans, and Home Spot Plans, are processed through Google Play Store. By subscribing to any plan, you agree to the terms and conditions of Google Play’s payment processing system.

Payments: Payment for subscriptions is charged through your Google Play Store account at the time of purchase and will automatically renew based on your selected plan (e.g., 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months). You authorize Google Play Store to charge your account accordingly.

Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Google Play Store account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. If you cancel, you will continue to have access to your subscription benefits until the end of the current period, but no further charges will be applied after that.

Renewals: Subscriptions are set to automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. If you wish to avoid renewal and further charges, you must cancel your subscription before the end of your current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription via your Google Play Store account settings.

Further Billing: If you do not cancel your subscription before the renewal date, your subscription will automatically renew and be charged to your Google Play Store account based on the plan selected. Charges will be applied at the renewal rate unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Refunds: Refunds for subscriptions are subject to Google Play Store’s refund policy. You can request a refund directly through Google Play if applicable. Milana Matrimony Young Urban does not handle subscription refunds.

By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that Google Play Store handles all payments, cancellations, renewals, and billing inquiries related to your subscription.

  1. Privacy and Data Protection
    Your privacy is important to us. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You understand that the App may use your data for matchmaking purposes, communication, and improving services.
  2. Non-Commercial Use by Members
    The App is for personal use only and is intended to facilitate matrimonial connections between individual members. It is prohibited to use the App for any commercial purposes, including advertising or promoting products or services, or linking to third-party websites that are deemed competitive or otherwise irrelevant to the matrimonial purpose of the App.

Organizations, businesses, or companies are not eligible to become members, and any unauthorized use of the App for commercial purposes will be subject to investigation. Legal action, including civil, criminal, and injunctive relief, may be pursued in case of unauthorized use, including but not limited to unauthorized framing of or linking to the App.

  1. Member Activity and Status Review
    Milana Matrimony Young Urban reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to review the activity and status of each account and block or suspend access based on such reviews. You understand and agree that Milana Matrimony Young Urban may restrict or suspend your access to the App if it deems your activity, status, or any criteria it considers appropriate violate these Terms.
  2. Communication Consent
    By registering, you consent to receiving emails, SMS, WhatsApp messages, and calls from Milana Matrimony Young Urban and other members, including for purposes like mobile verification, transactions, OTP, promotions, and matchmaking-related communications. This consent supersedes any preferences set in the Do Not Disturb (DND Register) or National Customer Preference Register (NCPR).
  3. Multiple Profiles
    Creating multiple profiles of the same person is strictly prohibited. Milana Matrimony Young Urban reserves the right to deactivate all multiple profiles without refund of subscription fees.
  4. Accuracy of Profile Information
    You confirm that all information, including personal details provided by you, is accurate. If you are creating a profile on behalf of someone else, you confirm that you have obtained the necessary permissions or consents to do so. Impersonation is a crime and subject to legal penalties.
  5. Privacy and Security Guidelines
    You are strongly advised to submit a government-issued ID (e.g., Driving License, Passport) to add a trust badge to your profile. You should adhere to safety precautions to protect your privacy and security. A set of guidelines for staying safe online can be found under the “Be Safe Online” section of the App.
  6. Harassment, Abuse, and Misuse
    You agree not to use the App or its services to harass, abuse, or harm any member. You shall interact with other members respectfully and decently, especially during events and activities provided by the App.
  7. Automated Processes
    You are prohibited from using automated systems such as bots, EXEs, CGI, or other scripts to view content or interact with other users. Any attempt to automate interaction with the App will be considered a violation of these Terms.
  8. Screening Communications
    Milana Matrimony Young Urban reserves the right to screen communications or advertisements sent by you to other members and to delete any unwarranted or obscene content at its sole discretion, without prior notice to you.
  9. Liability
    Milana Matrimony Young Urban is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the App, including but not limited to personal interactions, the use of your profile information, or communications with other users. We do not guarantee that the App will meet your expectations or that it will always be available or error-free.
  10. Indemnity
    You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Milana Matrimony Young Urban, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including but not limited to legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
  • Your use of the App, including any content you submit or transmit through the App.
  • Any violation of these Terms, including but not limited to the infringement of intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of third parties.
  • Any interactions or disputes with other users of the App.
  • Your breach of any applicable laws, rules, or regulations while using the App.

You agree to cooperate fully in defending any such claims, and Milana Matrimony Young Urban reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you. In such cases, you agree to cooperate with Milana Matrimony Young Urban’s defense of such claim.

  1. Modifications to Terms
    Milana Matrimony Young Urban reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
  2. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
    These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, specifically the jurisdiction of Almería. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Almería.
  3. Limitation of Liability
    Milana Matrimony Young Urban shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App or your inability to use it.
